He has overseen major initiatives including Smart Mission, an AI-powered consular service point that integrates facial recognition, holographic interaction, and predictive analytics, and eDAS 2.0, MoFA’s digital attestation system that streamlines document authentication and ensures accuracy and transparency. ese initiatives earned national recognition, including the UAE AI Award for Service Excellence (2024) and the Zero Bureaucracy Award for Innovative Solutions (2025), positioning MoFA as a model of digital governance and AI adoption in government services.
