Patented the pioneering concept, initiation, execution, and implementation of Adnoc Offshore Digital
Factory (AOFDF), an engine based on the patented notion of Reality-Based Predictable Prescriptive
Analytics Platform (RB-PdsM®), Hybrid Digital Twining (HDT®) using Reduced Operating Modelling of
Multi-Physics equation first principal equation (e.g. CFD, FEA, Tresca-Ashair Endurance Fatigue
Assessment Simulation (EFAS), Von Misses, etc.) and 2nd, 3rd & 4th principal equations, Cohesive with
AI Data Fusion/ Contextualized within Integrated Operations Center (IOC). This includes managing,
directing, leading, architecting, and stewarding the strategic vision for the ADNOC Offshore Digital
Factory technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate objectives.
AOF’s Surface Facility Rotating Machinery Manager was Leading, Managing & providing guidance and
Focal point for the various Rotating Machinery maintenance activities, retrofit / upgrade projects,
onshore repairs, maintenance engineering studies, development of scope of works, specialized vendors
and contractors’ services, and various operation & maintenance contracts such as Turbines overhauls,
Pumps overhauls, etc. Acts as Rotating Machinery maintenance Technical Authority and provides
support for Plants Rotating machinery Modifications & provides Maintenance Discipline Engineering
support. Develops Various Maintenance Strategies including condition monitoring system with regards
to repairs and maintenance / integrity assurance for implementation.
O&M Support Leader for the gigantic UZ failed in Adnoc Offshore managed the operation and
maintenance, overall upgrade, retrofit debottlenecking and selection for turbomachinery, rotating,
static, electrical, control and Workshops services as well as health monitoring for all fleet at Upper
Zakum (UZ) concession. Lead, Manage & provide guidance/directions to the department specialist team
members (Rotating Machinery, Electrical, Control Systems &). Focal point for the various maintenance
activities, retrofit / upgrade projects, onshore repairs, maintenance engineering studies, development of
scope of works, specialized vendors and contractors’ services, and various operation & maintenance
contracts. Acts as Maintenance Technical Authority and provides support for Plants & provides
Maintenance Discipline Engineering support. Develops Various Maintenance Strategies including
condition monitoring system with regards to repairs and maintenance / integrity assurance for
implementation. Provide specialist discipline support to Engineering Services Depts. & project teams as
required.
Operation Excellence Division (OED), Leader for operation maintenance, reliability, engineering and
Integrity (ROMEI) governance. Initiates and develops maintenance strategies for all operational site’s
plants and equipment and ensures effective implementation of these strategies. Ensures integrity of
safety critical system including protection system such as ESD, F&G and HSECES. Provides technical
expertise and assistance to operational divisions on all matters related to AIPS, Operating Integrity and
HSECES TIV, material engineering, reliability engineering, reliability assessment, reliability monitoring for
all process equipment and plants. Carries out reliability/availability/ studies and report plants
performance analysis. Carries out reliability improvement studies and defines short- and medium-term
action plans. Devises and develop maintenance performance mechanisms analysis. Development of
maintenance & reliability management systems & practices. Carry out audit on operational and
maintenance procedures and make recommendation to close identified gaps.
Leading and providing guidance and Focal point for selection, design and installation commissioning of
Power and utility boilers all types (including FD/ID and ND system) as well as steam and gas turbines (all
duties frames), MED / MSMF desalination evaporators and gas, steam and desalination plant auxiliaries.
Also, key role in all Power and desalination plants trouble shooting of major breakdowns, vibration
analysis, insitu balancing, etc. Managed, new projects design scrutiny, new equipment/plants
acceptance, field/work-shop inspections, and assessment of new contractors/suppliers. Supervising
mechanical maintenance activities within utilities plants, steam distribution and generation, gas
turbines, desalination plants, pumps, compressors, gas turbines, etc. As Lead Machinery (Rotating
Equipment) Engineer, leading the team of Machinery engineers, provide technical guidance, review and
approval of specifications, management of tasks to meet the project schedules, estimation & control of
man-hour budget. Compliance to HSE requirements.
Practical experience in the field of maintenance, engineering, maintenance technical support,
troubleshooting, condition monitoring/ analysis/ diagnostics, failure analysis, reliability studies/ analysis
(i.e. RAM/ROM, RCA, FMECA, etc.) of wide range of rotating machines and static equipment in the field
of Oil & Gas, power generation, water desalination, aero-derivative and industrial gas turbines, and
steam generators/ turbines, auxiliaries, maintenance managements systems/ planning & machinery
engineering/ maintenance.
