Prof. Nebras Sobahi is an Associate Professor at King Abdulaziz University specializing in semiconductor design, fabrication, and manufacturing technologies. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and holds a MicroMBA from the University of California, San Diego, along with P3GP certification in project and program governance. Prof. Sobahi has served as a semiconductor consultant and is the founder and acting CEO of a startup in the semiconductor sector. He leads strategic initiatives in semiconductor research, education, and industry collaboration, advancing innovation, technology development, and the growth of the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem across the Middle East.
